About the event
Event Overview
During the recent event, our youth group played a role in organizing and preparing a memorable experience for the attendees. The event was designed to bring together a community of around 100 elders, fostering connections and creating a joyful atmosphere.
Preparation and Organization
Our team took on various responsibilities to ensure the event ran smoothly. This included:
Planning the menu and preparing dinner, which was enjoyed by all attendees.
Setting up the venue, including arranging tables and decorations.
